Refund Policy
At T&B Beginnings LLC, we strive to offer top-notch business consulting services. However, if you are not satisfied with your experience, we have the following refund policy in place:
2.1 Consultation Services
For one-on-one consultations or packages, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
You request a refund within 7 days of your initial consultation, and you have not received any deliverables (e.g., reports, strategies).
You believe the services provided were not as described or agreed upon.
2.2 Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at info@tbbeginnings.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
Your full name
A brief description of your concern or dissatisfaction
Proof of payment or order number
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
2.3 Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
Services that have already been delivered (e.g., completed reports, strategies, or actionable advice).

Services where the refund request is made after 7 days from the date of the consultation.
Subscription-based or recurring payments once the service period has commenced.
2.4 Disputes
If you feel your refund request has not been adequately addressed, you can file a formal complaint through our support email, and we will work to resolve the issue in a timely and fair manner.
